Hailing from New Orleans, celebrating life is in my bones. Whether that’s trailing behind a brass band in a body suit of sequins, or high fiving for a win at Mario Kart, I believe the small victories and quiet moments are what shape us. For me, that’s eating lunch with my dad. Watching Japanese reality TV shows with my boyfriend. Those, “ok, just one more,” nights until you end up dancing ’til the sun comes up. Life is unpredictable. And mundane. And exciting. And so many things all at once. I believe we should feel all of our days and remember not to take ourselves too seriously. Because while the big moments are important, turns out the really small ones are, too.

HI, I'M HANNAH.

I say “y’all.”

Oddly competitive at Bingo.

Once flew to Atlanta to see Oprah on tour.

Own seven pairs of overalls.
(I may have a problem.)

Self help book addict.

The first question I’ll probably ask is,”How are you feeling?”

How’d my love affair with photography start?

Back in high school, I excelled in a dark room class. With encouragement from my teacher, I kept at it. When a friend asked me to take her senior photos, before I even graduated, it took off from there. Once I was in college, I simply took Steve Job’s advice to follow my curiosity. I studied anthropology, sociology and psychology with no set path. Afterwards, I connected all my dots and realized people were what I was interested in. That married with my love of photography made weddings my perfect subject.
